You claim your refund within 48H of your order date.
Your account has not already been suspended by us for your breach of our terms of service.
You have not previously claimed a refund from us under this policy.
We endeavor to process refunds within 2 days of a valid refund request, but payments may take up to 7 days to appear in your account depending on your bank, card, or payment provider.
For cryptocurrency payments, network fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
If you have not selected the "automatically renew" option during the order process, we will not extend your subscription unless you ask us to do so on our live chat or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We also cannot guarantee you that we can manually renew your product if the option “automatically renew” was not selected or if a payment problem occurs.
If you want to cancel the automatically renew option, you can contact us on our live chat or by sending an email to email@example.com 24h before the subscription renewal date and we will process it within 24 hours.
